PRICE

Prices are mentioned in Euros and per person and « from » related to availability and tourist seasons. Prices do not include : any governmental taxes, insurance complementary to our own civil responsibility as described above, personal expenses (drinks, extras, pressing, phone, fax, , deposits for borrowed material, and so on), deposit, excursions that are not mentioned at the subscription, tips, and in general any service not expressly included in the package program.
Lasting of the stays are expressed in days, including the arrival and departure days no matter what is the time.

VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

Our tourist offer is valid under availability at the moment of the subscription by the client. The subscription file as well as the description of the product is preliminary information.

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

Booking must be written or done via the booking file at the group service of the tourist office, précising: name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address if any, the tourist product selected, dates of arrival and departure, and the number of persons.

Subscription is valid at the moment of the booking by the client depending on the at-the-moment availability.
Upon subscription an advance of 30% of the total amount has to be paid.. Without any deposit and written booking produced by the client, the option is cancelled and none of the services can be provided.
The balance is due 30 days prior to the departure without any reminder from the tourist office. Conditions are same as for the deposit. If not, the contract is cancelled and the client can not claim for any money back or prejudice. In this case, cancellation will be considered at the client own initiative.
Payments are made as follow: credit transfer from the client account to the tourist office one for foreigners (ask for the tourist office bank references).

CANCELLATION

Any request for cancellation must be send by recorded delivery letter. The delay is taken into account at the reception of the recorded delivery letter by our services. It must be send to the address hereby: Office de Tourisme d’Autun et de l’Autunois, 2 avenue Charles de Gaulle, F-71400 AUTUN.
- Last minute cancellation fees: 48 hours before : you are not paid back from your deposit
- Last minute cancellation fees: 8 days before: deposit is given back but an amount of €20 is kept as file treatment fees.
